Structural Constraints
Put 2 term limits for all City, State and Federal positions, including but not limited to city councils, mayors, governors, Senate, House of Representatives and the Executive Branch
- Change House of Representatives to 4 year increments (ending 2 year increments)
- Supreme Court Justices should be elected by the People and constrained to a single 15 year term limit
- One member of Senate, in each State, must be elected from the local Indigenous Community (if applicable)
- City, State and Federally funded elections - no private, corporate or lobby funding whatsoever
- All elected government officials and their families cannot hold investments in any company that has direct connection to the profit of war
-Replace the Presidency with a Council of Elected Persons in the Executive Branch
selected from each Party ideology - Parties starting but not limited to - Republican, Democratic, Libertarian, Green, Independent, Socialist, and an Indigenous Leader - additional Parties can be added with a required number of followers TBD
to vote on International treaties or resolutions and any acts of war

Voting Codifications
Bi-yearly Federal Voting Holiday/s, with early voting through mail and every district equipped with voting stations proportional to the population
- Abolish the electoral college and implement a direct voting system
- House Of Representative district lines taken from County lines
- All laws, codes and resolutions to be directly voted on by the People, bi-yearly
The Rationale
There is a widespread distrust of our government and for good reason. Party politics and extreme abuse of power has caused massive wealth inequality, and social injustice at home and war mongering and resource theft abroad. These priorities are a step in making our nation a direct democracy and removing the corporate oligarchy that exists today. The current system that was created, now over 250 years ago, has outlived its effectiveness and it has laid the groundwork for an ineffectual government that negatively affects all of us, no matter the demographic. These new restraints on the oppressive power of the ruling class opens the door for the People to have a more direct influence over our tax dollars and allows the People to decide the trajectory of our country.
Civic responsibility should take a greater focus in our lives. Our individual votes should be for states people that hold our principles, and it is the responsibility of that said states person to learn and discuss the nuances of an issue and then write up the proposed codes and resolutions in accordance with their findings. It is then the People’s responsibility to vote again to ratify or negate these proposals. The Senate and the House of Representatives would divide their legislative focus, TBD (ie. House works on infrastructure and social dilemmas, while Senate works of international trade agreements and tax codes).
It is time for top down ruling to end. Governance is a public service position NOT an authority over us. For the true meaning of democracy is the control of an organization or community by the majority of its people. We the People know our own mind and should be respected to lead as a direct democracy.
In modifying the Senate to include an indigenous person from the individual States, we are working to consider the shared responsibility of the land. Since we are in essence living in side by side communities, the federal governing body should represent all peoples living therein, and deliberate policies together in order to best manage resources and infrastructure.
To ward against the two Party monopoly and dissuade the silencing of differing opinions that reflect the diverse Peoples of the United States, we must mandate the inclusion of all Parties. It is in this new Executive Council where a robust debate can lead to creative cooperation and build a more fertile future with our international communities. By replacing the presidency with a council we are removing the allure of monarchical / dictatorial fervor. No one statesman should be seen as leading, but rather, the People and the range of political philosophies should be in constant debate to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion, in our united quest for liberty and security.
We need to assert ourselves against the abuse of power, especially for those that either cannot protect themselves or have been marginalized into inferior positions of power, and set up systems that dismantle and dissuade from top down rule. By making the above changes to our government system, we are limiting the power of the few and amplifying the power of the many. At the same time, putting forward the core belief that power is not maintained through war but through diplomacy and interconnectedness. We must relinquish international domination in exchange for international reciprocity. We must take down the military industrial complex in exchange for cultural growth and development. This distinction is important to the evolution of human interaction and the principles by which we live.
